Definition
When entering a tool page from a process or project page, only the current tool is displayed; other tools on the same page are collapsed, with a path back provided.
In detail
Tool pages render by domain, with all tools in the same domain present, but those entering from a process step or project page care only about this one. Focus mode collapses the rest into 'N more tools on this page', expandable if needed; those from a project page also carry the object (judgments attach to it) and a '← Back to Project'. It solves the issue of 'clicking over and seeing a bunch of other tools, not knowing which to touch'.
Example in practice
On the project detail page, click "Risk"; the tool page URL carries the project object and focus parameter: the toolbar shows only "Risk," the ledger title is this project's risks. After filling and saving, click "← Back to project," and the project detail reopens automatically.
