Definition
A filterable, sortable, printable table of the same type of judgments arranged by object; currently there are four: risk, task granularity, supplier scorecard, and changeover.
In detail
The ledger aggregates saved judgments of the same tool by object into a table, with each column pulling values from records by path; if not found, it shows '—', without guessing or calculating, and any cell can link back to that judgment. The risk ledger sorts by exposure and flags items not reviewed past the review interval in red; the task granularity ledger flags tasks over 10 days and deviations beyond tolerance. It is for review and also a source of notifications (overdue reviews trigger notifications).
Example in practice
Before the monthly steering meeting, the owner opens the risk ledger, filters by project, sees a risk flagged red that has not been reviewed for 45 days, returns to the risk page, re-assesses it once, resets "days since last review" to zero, and the ledger turns green on the spot; the corresponding "ledger overdue unreviewed" notification in the inbox is no longer sent repeatedly.
