Also called: Judgment Record · Save This Judgment

Definition

A conclusion derived by a tool, complete with formula, source, measurement basis, and data window; once saved, it becomes a verifiable record that can be attached to an object and entered into a ledger.

In detail

A judgment is the output of each tool in the system: not just a number, but also the formula used, textbook source, measurement basis, and data window. Rules come from the textbook, thresholds are not hardcoded, and changes to the standard engine are reflected. After saving, it becomes a record that can be revised, aggregated by object in ledgers, and traced in audits to see who judged when.

Example in practice

The project manager fills in "P6 deep analysis 55 days" on the progress page; the system determines "exceeds 10 days, progress can only be reported by people as percentages." After saving, this decision is attached to the project and appears in the task-granularity ledger. At the gate review, the mentor can click to see the measurement definition rule at that time.
