Leadership Essentials (LE) is Danaher's foundational leadership course designed to develop core leadership capabilities in managers, such as communication, motivation, and decision-making. It addresses the issue of "how to effectively lead a team" and is the starting point of the leadership development path. Unlike specific tool courses, LE focuses on general leadership skills. The output is improved leadership capabilities and subsequent development plans for participants.
