隐私政策
本政策说明 ABS（AI Business System）在你使用网站、系统和 ABS Skill 时收集哪些信息、怎样使用、交给谁处理、保存多久，以及你如何管理自己的信息。
一、我们是谁
ABS 由炬圳科技（深圳）有限公司运营。隐私相关问题请联系 eyeofblockchain@gmail.com。
二、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：登录名（通常是邮箱或手机号）、显示名、角色、账号有效期和使用偏好。口令只保存经过不可逆处理的值，不保存明文。
- 试用申请：你在申请表中填写的称呼、联系方式、公司与行业等信息，以及提交时的 IP 地址。
- 你放进系统的内容：项目、看板、规划、笔记、学习记录、助手对话、工作诊断以及你上传的文件或图片，包括通过 ABS Skill 由 AI Agent 提交的内容。
- 付费信息（付费服务开通后）：套餐、积分和订单记录。付款在支付服务商的页面上完成，我们不接触你的银行卡信息。
- 安全与日志信息：登录会话、访问令牌（只保存经过不可逆处理的值）、操作记录，以及服务器日志中的 IP 地址和浏览器信息。
三、我们怎样使用
- 提供和维护 ABS 的各项功能，包括 AI 生成的回答、规划和诊断；
- 处理试用申请并与你联系；
- 保障账号与系统安全；
- 处理付费与订单；
- 回应你的请求。
我们不出售你的个人信息，不把它用于广告，也不使用第三方统计或广告追踪。
四、委托处理
为提供服务，部分信息会交给以下类型的服务商处理：AI 模型服务、语义检索服务、邮件发送服务、支付服务，以及你的组织配置的消息通知服务。我们只提供完成相应功能所需的信息。
发给 AI 模型之前，系统会把你在 ABS 中登记的对象、产线和人员名称替换为代号；你自由输入的文字、上传的文件和图片不会被替换，涉及机密的内容请先自行处理。
除法律另有要求外，我们不会向其他第三方提供你的个人信息。
五、Cookie 与浏览器存储
我们只使用维持登录所必需的 cookie。界面偏好、最近的检索等保存在你自己的浏览器里，不会发送给我们。我们不使用广告或统计类 cookie。
六、保存期限
你的账号和内容在账号存续期间保存。试用账号到期后数据仍会保留，你可以要求删除。你删除的项目和规划会先保留，需要彻底删除请联系我们。为安全与追溯所需的操作记录会长期保存。
七、你的权利
你可以查阅、更正、导出或删除你的个人信息，撤回已作出的同意，也可以随时在「个人设置 → 访问令牌」中撤销令牌。请发邮件至 eyeofblockchain@gmail.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内处理并答复。
八、信息安全
我们采用加密传输、访问权限控制和操作记录等措施保护你的信息。如发生影响你的安全事件，我们会及时通知你。
九、跨境处理
你的信息可能会在你所在国家或地区以外存储和处理。我们会按照本政策和适用法律保护这些信息。
十、未成年人
ABS 面向企业和职业人士，不面向 18 岁以下的未成年人。
十一、政策更新
本政策更新时，我们会修改本页顶部的生效日期；重大变化会在系统内或通过邮件告知。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ABS (AI Business System) collects when you use our websites, the ABS system and the ABS Skill, how we use it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you can manage your information.
1. Who we are
ABS is operated by Juzhen Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (炬圳科技（深圳）有限公司). For privacy questions, contact eyeofblockchain@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: login name (usually an email address or phone number), display name, role, account validity and preferences. Passwords are stored only in a non-reversible form, never in plain text.
- Trial requests: the name, contact details, company, industry and other information you enter in the request form, and the IP address of the submission.
- Content you put into the system: projects, boards, plans, notes, learning records, assistant conversations, work diagnoses and the files or images you upload, including content submitted by an AI agent through the ABS Skill.
- Billing data (once paid plans are available): plan, credits and order records. Payment is made on the payment provider's page; we never see your card details.
- Security and log data: sign-in sessions, access tokens (stored only in a non-reversible form), activity records, and IP addresses and browser details in server logs.
3. How we use it
- to provide and maintain ABS, including AI-generated answers, plans and diagnoses;
- to handle trial requests and contact you about them;
- to keep accounts and the system secure;
- to handle payments and orders;
- to respond to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
4. Service providers
To provide the service, some information is processed by these kinds of providers: AI model services, semantic search services, email delivery, payment processing, and notification services your organization sets up. We share only what each function needs.
Before anything is sent to an AI model, ABS replaces the object, production line and people names registered in ABS with placeholders. Text you type freely and files or images you upload are not replaced, so remove confidential details yourself before submitting them.
Unless the law requires otherwise, we do not share your personal information with any other third party.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookie needed to keep you signed in. Interface preferences and recent searches are kept in your own browser and are not sent to us. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Your account and content are kept for as long as the account exists. After a trial account expires its data is kept, and you can ask us to delete it. Projects and plans you delete are kept at first; contact us to have them deleted permanently. Activity records needed for security and traceability are kept long-term.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, withdraw consent you have given, and revoke access tokens at any time under Personal Settings → Access tokens. Email eyeofblockchain@gmail.com and we will act on and answer your request within 15 working days.
8. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, access controls and activity records. If a security incident affects you, we will notify you promptly.
9. International processing
Your information may be stored and processed outside the country or region where you live. We protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.
10. Children
ABS is for businesses and professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the effective date at the top of this page, and we will tell you about significant changes in the system or by email.
