Definition

Staff with operational capability for specific DBS tools or leadership courses, certified in CP processes.

In detail

A Certified Practitioner (CP) is an employee who has demonstrated practical proficiency in a specific DBS tool or leadership curriculum and has been certified through the CP process. It ensures that personnel master the practical application of tools, not just theory. Within the system, CP is a key element of talent development, linked to the MBB certification ladder, and serves as a cornerstone for enhancing organizational capability. Certification records are typically generated, including training completion, project practice, and evaluation results.

Example in practice

A business unit initiates the CP certification process for the standard work tool and submits the CP process form. Employee Xiao Li completes the required hands-on application and assessment as the process specifies, and earns CP certification for the standard work tool. After that, he coaches others in using the tool. The certification record is archived as a qualification basis for promotion and project leadership.
