Definition
Reconcile states and quantities using object identity, event order and acceptance rules, explicitly handling retransmission, conflict, out-of-order events and corrections.
In detail
First establish relationships among orders, vehicles and batches, then define event identity and state transitions. Identical retransmissions must not be counted twice; conflicting contents under one identity require review. A rejected event must not become effective automatically after a later state change. Preserve original records, rejection reasons and correction links so another person can reproduce the result. This teaching method does not replace a system interface specification.
Example in practice
An order authorizes twelve units. A five-unit completion event is retransmitted; its repeated identity leaves the cumulative total at five. A later seven-unit completion closes the order. Completion for an unreleased order is rejected; a new correction event links back to the original rejection reason.
