Definition
Seven preparation requirements from MBS materials used to check project, data, team and trial readiness. This is an ABS teaching adaptation, not a DBS standard or authorization to start.
In detail
Start with the rationale for selecting the project, then translate the seven requirements into checkable evidence and named responsibilities. Source headcounts, ratios and targets are not automatic company defaults; recording, trial windows, safety and quality arrangements still require authorization.
Example in practice
Before reducing quotation waiting time, a purchasing team defines the scope and recent data, assigns knowledgeable members and owners, and confirms permissions for supplier contact and trials. Passing a training quiz does not replace this readiness decision.
