DBS System Deployment is introductory training for newly acquired companies or new employees, aimed at quickly conveying DBS's core values, tool families, and deployment sequence. It addresses how an organization can quickly accept and correctly apply DBS, preventing the skipping of fundamentals to use advanced tools directly. Unlike the DBS Introduction, it focuses more on the implementation path; "DBS Boot Camp" is a generic term for Boot Camp, and this course is a type of DBS Orientation, which is not the same thing as item [[dbs-bootcamps]]. Its outputs are training materials, a deployment roadmap, and initial Kaizen activities.
Example in practice
When a company acquires a new factory, the DBS deployment team holds training for new management and employees, introducing the DBS wheel, the three management systems, and tool families. Subsequently, following the deployment sequence, daily management is established first, followed by strategy deployment. Through training, the new factory can quickly unify language and direction, laying the foundation for subsequent improvement activities.
